ELVeSレーザー販売に関するお知らせ
拝啓 平素は格別のご高配を賜り厚くお礼申し上げます。
さて、お問い合わせを頂きました下肢静脈瘤血管内治療用ELVeSレーザーにつきましては、
平成22年6月14日付で薬事承認を取得し、7月末に市販後調査（PMS）の内容につきまして医薬品医療機器総合機構の了承が得られましたので商業ベースでの販売も可能となりました。
しかしながら、この装置は日本国内では初めて承認された下肢静脈瘤血管内治療用デバイスということもあり厚生労働省より条件付きにて承認されております。
また、日本静脈学会にて下肢静脈瘤血管内治療に関する実施施設基準を含めたガイドラインも策定中であり、弊社といたしましても下記の事項を確認させて頂いた施設のみ販売対象とさせていただきたく、何卒ご理解賜りますようお願い申し上げます。

― 記 ―
1. 下肢静脈瘤血管内治療デバイス（biolitec AGグループ，CeramOptec社製ELVeSレーザー及びVNUS Medical社製VNUS Closure System）の治験実施施設
2. 下肢静脈瘤血管内レーザー治療を数年にわたり行っておられ、当社の添付文書に記載されている手技・注意事項等を順守いただける施設。
3. 下記の実施医及び施設：
・ストリッピング手術を50例以上、下肢静脈瘤の超音波検査を100例以上、及び深部静脈血栓症の診断、治療を20例以上経験されている医師。
・末梢血管を観察できる超音波デュプレックス装置を有し、ストリッピング手術が行え、また深部静脈血栓症の診断、治療が可能である施設。
上記の事項につきましては日本静脈学会によるガイドラインが策定され次第、その内容を順守させていただくことになります。
